As well as being a successful and respected coach, Debbie also delivers workshops to enable others to coach, therefore enabling a coaching culture back in the workplace. For three years, Debbie worked in partnership with Lane 4 Management Consultants, as a coach on the multiple award-winning Winning Performance Culture (WPC) programme for middle to senior managers. Also worked with Gallup for staff engagement coaching, with that organisation currently being in the top 5% in the world of most-engaged employees.
Debbie has her D32/33 Assessors award and more recently worked on the acquisition and development of Graduate and Talent programmes involving everything from recruitment, design and delivery of assessment centres, on-boarding to off-boarding. The Graduate programme won First Prize in 2018 for the best small graduate programme, voted for by the graduates and awarded by the Job Crowd. Debbie also worked with her CEO as stakeholder, to create a New Zealand graduate exchange programme which is now in its 3rdsuccessful year.
Debbie achieved her NVQ Level 4 in Training and Development and has also been accredited as a coach by The School of Coaching and in profiling tools including Discovery Insights, EQI Emotional Intelligence, Belbin team dynamics, Strengths profiling, NLP Diploma and TAP Certified.
In her spare time – Debbie’s other passion is property development and renovation, running a successful rental business. This has been both an intellectual and physical stretch – but also another example of her drive, creativity, passion for transformation, leadership and project management. She lives in Stratford-Upon-Avon, Warwickshire, with her family.
